Marty has a long history with Staniel Cay, going back to the late 1960s arriving on a sailboat. From the first time she saw the beautiful Bahama waters, she has been in love with the islands and has enjoyed sharing her experiences.
As s writer, photographer and graphic artist, she captures the essence of Staniel Cay and the area. She resides mostly at Serenity, greeting guests and helping her daughter Coral and son-in-law Brian with the family business. "Drumbeat No Lie" and "Chaos to Serenity" are available on Amazon in paperback and now on Kindle. Her books are sold on island at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club and Isles General store. She has also written "Little Star's Big Day," a children's Christmas story about the star that became the star over the manger, available on the island, and a self-help book for women in recovery, "If I Can't Be Dead, How Can I Live?" available on Amazon and Kindle. |
