Temptress Rates
Temptress is designed so that guests have several options. The upstairs level has three bedrooms and three baths, including a spacious master suite, luxurious kitchen/dining area and living room with deck overlooking the water. The second level has two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, and living room with deck overlooking the water. Each level also has laundry facilities.
Up to 10 guests in both levels.
RATES
Both Levels: 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, laundry both levels (accommodates 10 guests).
$4,000 per night with 4-night minimum + VAT $500 Cleaning Charge (mid-week cleaning included)
$3,500 Refundable Security Deposit
$4,400 Holiday nightly rate with 4-night minimum
Upper Level only: 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (accommodates 6 guests).
$2,575 per night with 4-night minimum +VAT
$300 Cleaning Charge (mid-week cleaning included)
$2,300 Refundable Security Deposit
$2,835 Holiday nightly rate with 4-night minimum.
Lower level only: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (accommodates 4 guests).
$1,450 per night with 4-night minimum stay + VAT
$250 Cleaning Charge (mid-week cleaning included)
$1,300 Refundable Security Deposit
$1,595 Holiday nightly rate for 4-night minimum stay
(Holiday’s include Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th week, Labor Day week, Thanksgiving week and 1 week before, during and after Christmas through New Year’s Day).
Dock Rental in front of Temptress.
Rates are: $5.25/ft. per day + VAT, Power $75/day per50 amp cord; Water $20/day.
*Please note if you are renting the dock and the home your security deposit for the home will also cover any damages to the dock. If you are just renting the dock a (refundable) security deposit of $250 will be required for all boats under 45’ and $500 (refundable) security deposit for all boats over 45’.
The Property includes pedestrian access to the water from adjoining dock. Boat access or dockage is not
permitted without prior written consent or Landlord (Owner) and all dock rental fees are to be paid in full at
booking.
